I haven't even got this product yet. And etsy is asking me for a review. But what I can say so far is the customer service was terrible. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. If you want something customized,adding initials to it. You're gonna get 20 different people giving 20 different opinions. I need to repair cast. Mercer's was a wreck, so haven't got product yet. It's late, it says it was supposed to be here on the yesterday And it's late, it's not even in the same state. So shipping is terrible, customer services terrible. And I haven't even got the product yet..
Probably a good indicator to look buy somewhere else.. I'm sure they will blame the Post Office. But people don't realize is if this company send the product out on time it will get to you on time. It's not the usps
