Can you engrave or print a product with my custom logo/artwork?

We generally can engrave/print an artwork if it is B&W and high-resolution. Please email it to us at info@muujee.com to confirm.

Will I see a proof of my product before it is sent out?

To expedite our orders, we generally do not send out proofs unless requested, or if we are unsure of the spelling/layout.

When will I receive my item after I place an order?

Please see the estimated delivery date shown on the product listing. If we have questions or need you to approve a mockup, we will send you an email. Please be sure to check your email messages from us for order updates. Sometimes our email may appear in your spam folder.

Can I modify an existing design?

Absolutely! In the personalization box, just enter your design style and let us know what you would like to modify.

Can you next-day express an item?

Unfortunately no. Each order has to go through a design, production, and then pack/ship process. We offer an expedited workflow in addition to a standard workflow for our orders only.

What is your return policy?

If there is a defect with our product or we made a mistake with the personalization, we will gladly redo your order. However, if you have a change of mind, or if there was an accidental typo, unfortunately we would not be able to accept a return due to the personalization nature of our product.
